Sargon is seeking to fill our Land Development Project Manager position.  We wish to find candidates that will bring a higher degree of professionalism to Sargon and understand project management from the General Contractors perspective and can confidently and capably lead our largest division through the next chapter of growth.  General contractors who do “dirt work / land development” (Rummel Construction, Markham & Knuckle Bros) & other GCs Brendon likes (Kitchell, Mays, Sunland).

2013 Sargon established (previously operating as Sarracino Construction) – officially 8 years!

• Last 4 out of 5 years we have grown approximately 20% year over year (2018 growth was closer to 10%)

• 2021 revenue projections 44.5MM / Land Development projected to account for approximately 75-78% of this total revenue.

• Land Development averages 75-100 active projects at any given time (projects in some phase of billing cycles)

• Land Development PM will manage approx. 130 people, including,

  • Direct management 4 staff:

    • Jr. PM

    • Purchasing Project Engineer

    • Project Engineer

    • General Superintendent (manages about 120 people)

      • Indirect management of Gen Super direct reporting: 8 superintendents, 1 CDL Driver & approx. 115 field crew

• Land Development PM will work with all Department Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to customers

  • Marketing, HR & Compliance, Controller, Estimating & Sales, Commercial PM, Vertical PM, & Safety Manager

  • Will also work with Sargon Steel General Manager as a subcontractor to awarded projects

• This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with indirect reporting to Brendon/CEO as well –
