About the job: Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour (Pay rate is dependent on experience) We are looking for hard workers with 1-3 years of experience in the field of Heavy Civil Construction. What do we offer? • An excellent team-based work environment • Competitive pay • Subsidized health, dental & vision insurance • 401K plan (employer match) • Training and Career Development • Paid Company Holidays • Paid Sick Leave • Paid Vacation PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Set Structural forming materials using your own tools • Install footing forms • Build forms for Catch Basins, Box Culverts, Head Walls ETC…. • Read and interpret plans and drawings • Perform layout • Place concrete to specified depth and consistency • Strip forms and patch The ideal candidate must exhibit/have: • Attention to safety and the ability to work safely at all times • 1-3 years of previous heavy civil concrete carpenter experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is preferred • Ability to work without close supervision and be able to adapt to a wide variety of conditions • Ability to verify levelness • Ability to follow directions and work as a team is a must • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency • Pride in craftsmanship • Must have reliable transportation to the Jobsite • Must be capable of lifting 75lbs.eeps tools and work area clean/free of debris All applicants must be willing to work in ALL seasonal outdoor conditions. Work Remotely • No Minimum Qualifications include: Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check, be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration Document, attention to detail and follow direction, must be willing to travel and work away from home when required, must have own transportation to various work sites within the State of Arizona, steel-toes boots are required, strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures.
