We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Dump Truck Driver to join our growing fleet.
$26 - $30 HR – M-F
Responsibilities:
Operate 16 Wheel dump trucks in a safe and efficient manner to transport materials to and from construction sites, landfills, and other designated locations.
Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, or other construction materials using the truck's hydraulics and bed controls.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safe and proper operation.
Adhere to all applicable traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of safety on the roads.
Maintain accurate records of materials transported, distances traveled, and any incidents or accidents that occur during the transportation process.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on the truck, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any mechanical issues.
Requirements:
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for operating a dump truck.
2 Years Experience with CDL
Proven experience as a Dump Truck Driver or in a similar driving role.
Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
Ability to operate the truck's hydraulics and bed controls safely and efficiently.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in all weather conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
