Position Overview:
We're currently seeking an experienced Earthwork and Grading Foreman to lead our
passionate team. As a foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
execution of our earthwork and grading projects, maintaining our high standards of
safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct daily operations on the jobsite.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and the crew to ensure timely
completion of projects.
Maintain and promote a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all
safety guidelines.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and tools
needed on-site.
Train and mentor team members, ensuring they are equipped with the
knowledge and tools to perform their tasks.
Monitor and manage project budgets and schedules.
Resolve on-site issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in earthwork and grading operations.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing crews.
Strong knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, safety precautions,
and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
